1. Who we are

2. What NoPeek is

NoPeek provides on-chain information tools for the Arc blockchain: contract checks, bot and insider pattern detection, burn and fee verification, influencer activity reports, and related Telegram bots and web pages (the "Service"). NoPeek is an information service. It is not an exchange, broker, wallet, custodian, investment adviser or financial promoter. We never hold, move or have access to your funds or keys.

3. No advice, no guarantees

Everything NoPeek shows is derived from public blockchain data and automated analysis. It can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. A "green" result means our checks did not find the listed issue; it does not mean an asset is safe. A "red" result is a factual finding with a link to the chain, not an accusation. You make your own decisions and bear your own risk. Crypto-assets are highly volatile and largely unregulated. You may lose everything you put in.

4. Using the Service

You must be at least 18 and legally able to use the Service where you live. We may restrict access by region. You will not use the Service to harass, defame, stalk or target any person, to break any law, or to overload or reverse-engineer our systems. Free features may be rate-limited or withdrawn at any time.

5. Paid features and payments

Some features are paid (for example full reports, Deep checks, subscriptions). Prices are shown before you pay, in Telegram Stars, USDC or as stated. Telegram Stars payments are processed by Telegram under Telegram's terms. USDC payments are made directly on-chain to the address we show and cannot be reversed by us. Digital content is delivered immediately. Refunds: if a paid report or check fails, is clearly wrong, or you are unhappy for any reason, message /paysupport in the bot; we refund on request. Partners who refer users earn a share of payments as stated in the bot (/partner); partners are independent and may not make promises on our behalf.

6. Third-party services, including ChangeNOW

The Service links to or integrates third-party services, including Telegram, Cloudflare, block explorers, data providers and ChangeNOW (operated by CHN Group LLC, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines). Those services run under their own terms; we are not responsible for them.

Where a bot feature lets you fund a new wallet through ChangeNOW ("Fresh wallet"), the following applies: ChangeNOW is the exchange provider and the sole counterparty of the swap. NoPeek never holds, routes or has access to the funds. ChangeNOW's Terms of Service (https://changenow.io/terms-of-use), AML/KYC Policy (https://changenow.io/terms-of-use/aml-kyc), Privacy Policy (https://changenow.io/privacy-policy) and Risk Disclosure Statement (https://changenow.io/risk-disclosure) apply to every swap; ChangeNOW may hold a transaction and request identity verification under its own rules, and NoPeek cannot intervene. NoPeek participates in the ChangeNOW affiliate programme as an independent partner: we are not employees, agents or representatives of ChangeNOW, ChangeNOW does not endorse NoPeek, and NoPeek receives a referral fee on completed swaps (currently up to 0.6%, set by us within ChangeNOW's programme). This fee is included in the rate ChangeNOW shows you before you confirm; it is not charged separately. Rates, minimums, timing and support for a swap are ChangeNOW's; questions about a specific swap go to ChangeNOW support with your transaction ID.

We do not endorse any token, project or person that appears in a check or report.

7. $NOPE token

$NOPE is a utility token: it may give access to or discounts on NoPeek features. It gives no right to profit, dividend, revenue share, governance over NoPeek, or any claim against us. We make no statement about the price or future value of $NOPE. Holding $NOPE is never required to use the free Service. Any burn, fee or liquidity action we perform is published in the transparency feed with transaction links.

8. Content and intellectual property

Reports and cards are for your personal use. You may share a card publicly if it stays unaltered and keeps the NoPeek mark. NoPeek, Peeky and the eye logo are our marks. Public blockchain data is not ours and stays public.

9. Availability, changes, termination

We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Service at any time and may block users who breach these terms. We will keep the transparency feed and public methodology available where reasonably possible.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NoPeek is not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on the Service, including loss of funds, missed opportunities, decisions based on our data, or anything that happens inside a third-party service such as ChangeNOW or Telegram. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under English law. Our total liability for paid features is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers in the EU keep the protection of their local mandatory law. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to consumers' rights to sue at home.
